Founded in 1970 by a handful of North Carolina cytotechnologists, the North Carolina Society of Cytology provides continuing education and support for cytology professionals through annual cytology conferences. Throughout the years, countless cytotechnologists and pathologists have benefited from the Society’s educational forums in its commitment to staying on the cusp of cytological advancements and to providing continuing education to all those interested in cytology.
